What happens if the item is not in perfect condition upon return?

If the item is not in perfect condition, the following deductions will apply:

• Return without proper packaging: 10% deduction
• Minor signs of use: at least 20% deduction
• Slightly damaged items: at least 50% deduction
• Significant signs of use or incomplete items: return may be denied.
