What happens if I cannot attend a delivery appointment?

If you are unable to attend a delivery appointment and/or do not cancel it at least 24 hours in advance in writing or via the web application, a fee of CHF 150 will be charged. UrbanDesign reserves the right to schedule a new delivery appointment only after this fee has been paid.
