The return is at your expense. You can also arrange for UrbanDesign to pick up the furniture from your address in Switzerland for CHF 390. This fee covers the inspection, disassembly, packaging, and transportation of the furniture. If pick-up is not possible or is refused, a visit fee of CHF 150 will be charged.
