How can I collect my furniture myself?
| If you’d like to pick up your furniture yourself, simply select your preferred pickup location (Planzer hub) when placing your order. Pickups are possible on weekdays between 8 am–12 pm and 1 pm–4 pm. Please collect your items within 14 days after notification – after that, a storage fee of CHF 15 per week will apply. |
