How is the return shipment made?
| You can either organize the return yourself or have UrbanDesign handle the pickup – for a flat rate of CHF 390 (including inspection, disassembly, packaging, and transport). If pickup at your location isn’t possible, a travel fee of CHF 150 will apply. |
