How long is the warranty?

The warranty period is 5 years. Exceptions to the warranty include items sold as used, glass, ceramics, and batteries. Additionally, typical product characteristics such as natural features in leather or solid wood, normal wear and tear, and damage caused by improper use are not covered. This includes damage from bleeding clothing, pets, heat sources, weather conditions, or staining from medications, sweat, and personal care products. Damage resulting from insufficient or non-recommended maintenance is also excluded from the warranty.
